Teams explore and choose the values that define how they connect with their work, what motivates them and gives their effort meaning.

Step 2 | Clarify What Drives You & the Team

Each team member identifies the values that shape how they collaborate and make decisions.
Together, they uncover the principles that guide trust, teamwork, and how they communicate with each other day to day.

Step 3 | Align Around Shared Values & Purpose

The group builds common understanding, and connects those values to everyday action: how they collaborate, make decisions, and represent the organisation. This alignment strengthens clarity, trust, and confidence in how the team works together.
